Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days of being placed. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
International Shipping
We currently deliver to UK addresses only. We are working on expanding to international destinations — sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when international delivery becomes available.
Delays
Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the care of our courier partners. LOXVEA is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control.
