Returns & Refunds Policy

At LOXVEA, we want you to love every piece you receive. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL (UK LAW)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving any reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us.

RETURNS CONDITIONS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
- Items are unworn and unwashed
- Items are in their original condition with all tags attached
- Items are returned in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is included

The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)
- Items that have been worn, washed or damaged after delivery
- Hygiene-sensitive items such as underwear or swimwear (unless faulty)

HOW TO RETURN
1. Email us at helloloxvea@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will respond within 48 hours with return instructions and a returns label
3. Pack your item(s) securely and post them back to us
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

REFUNDS
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method only
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed
- Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at helloloxvea@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the fault

We will offer a full refund, replacement or exchange at no additional cost to you.

EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the preferred size or colour.
