PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday,
excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00pm on Friday
will be processed the following Monday.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once
your order has been dispatched.
UK DELIVERY
Free Standard Delivery
Estimated delivery: 3–7 working days
Cost: FREE on all orders — no minimum spend required
We offer completely free delivery on every order, no discount codes
or minimum spend needed. Every LOXVEA customer gets free shipping,
always.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with
a tracking link. You can use this to monitor the progress of your
delivery at any time.
If you have not received your tracking information within 3 working

DELIVERY ISSUES
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please:
1. Check your tracking link for updates
2. Check with neighbours or your local delivery depot
3. Contact us at helloloxvea@gmail.com if the issue is unresolved
LOXVEA is not responsible for delays caused by the courier once the
order has been dispatched. However, we will always do our best to
assist you in resolving any delivery issues.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. LOXVEA
cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect
address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact
us immediately at helloloxvea@gmail.com before your order is dispatched.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are happy to ship LOXVEA worldwide! International orders follow
the same delivery timeframe as UK orders — 3 to 7 working days —
and are completely free of charge, no minimum spend required.
