LOXVEA is an online women's loungewear brand registered in England & Wales. These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

2. ELIGIBILITY
By using our website, you confirm that:

- You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
- You are accessing our website from within the United Kingdom

3. ORDERS
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, not a binding contract
- A binding contract is only formed when we send you an order dispatch confirmation
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, with a full refund issued if payment has been taken
- All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable
