General

LOXVEA is registered in England & Wales. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. All matters arising shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales.

Orders

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. An order is not binding until it has been dispatched from our warehouse. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, with a full refund issued promptly.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. LOXVEA is not responsible for delays caused by couriers once an order has been dispatched.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

Intellectual Property

All content on the LOXVEA website — including images, text, logos, and design — is the exclusive property of LOXVEA. Reproduction or distribution of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Liability

LOXVEA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
